Ceramic Sheet - Direct Adhesive Wear-resistant Ceramic Sheet
Product Description:
Direct Adhesive Wear-resistant Ceramic Sheet is a standard square or hexagonal ceramic sheet made from high-purity aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) sintered at high temperatures. Its key feature is that it can be directly bonded to equipment surfaces, forming a hard protective layer, either pre-coated or applied on-site with a high-strength epoxy adhesive. This product is renowned for its unparalleled ease of installation and affordability. It is ideal for handling medium- and low-speed, powdery, or small-particle materials, effectively combating continuous sliding wear.

Key Selling Points:
Easy Installation: No specialized welding or tools are required, enabling rapid in-service repairs, significantly minimizing downtime.

Efficient and Cost-Effective: Minimizes overall material and installation costs, resulting in a high return on investment.

Versatile Applicability: Suitable for a variety of substrates, including steel and fiberglass, as well as complex curved surfaces.

Alumina Ceramic Sleeves

Product Description
Alumina ceramic rings are made from high-purity alumina (Al₂O₃) through a process of batching, molding, and high-temperature sintering (sintering temperatures can reach 1600-1700°C). These rings are wear-resistant, annular, or curved. Typical inner diameters range from 50-500mm, and thicknesses from 3-20mm. Custom sizes are available based on equipment requirements. Available with a smooth or non-slip surface, they are suitable for installation in circular pipes, drums, and mixing tank interfaces.

Key Selling Points
Extremely Wear-Resistant: Hardness ≥ HRA86, with wear resistance over 10 times that of ordinary steel and far superior to materials like rubber and plastic, significantly reducing wear caused by material erosion.

Excellent Adaptability: The ring-shaped structure fits perfectly with circular equipment such as pipes and drums, providing a leak-proof seal after installation, effectively preventing material residue or leakage.

Stable and Corrosion-Resistant: Excellent chemical stability and resistance to acid and alkali corrosion (compliant with GB/T 1763-1979 Class 1 standard), withstanding corrosion from lithium battery electrolytes and chemical media, and withstanding temperatures exceeding 800°C.

Low Energy and High Efficiency: Friction coefficient ≤ 0.15, resulting in low resistance during material conveying and reduced equipment power consumption. With a service life of 4-6 years, the product requires minimal downtime for maintenance, making it particularly suitable for the lithium battery industry.

Welded Ceramics - Heavy-Duty Impact-Resistant Ceramic Blocks
Product Description:
Welded ceramics are a broad category specifically referring to heavy-duty, wear-resistant ceramics mechanically interlocked through welding. Unlike the previous two types, these typically refer to larger and thicker ceramic blocks or plates (up to 30mm or more) with embedded metal components (such as welding plates or slots) embedded within or on the back of the blocks, welded directly to the equipment. These products are designed for extremely harsh operating conditions and can withstand the direct and intense impact of large, sharp materials. They are the ultimate protective solution for primary crushing and heavy material drop points in industries such as mining and smelting.

Key Selling Points:

Extreme Impact Resistance: Extra-thick ceramics and rigid welded connections withstand the most severe impact wear.

Mechanical Interlock: Designs such as dovetail grooves and embedded welds provide the strongest possible mechanical connection, preventing dislodging.

Extreme Lifespan: These blocks offer a service life far exceeding that of standard ceramics in extremely harsh operating conditions, offering the lowest total cost of ownership.

FAQ

Q1: Can ceramic sheets and rings be mixed?
A1:Yes, we offer mixed pallets to save shipping costs.
Q2: Can you accept small quantities for your first order?
The MOQ for in-stock products is 1 pallet (approximately 500 sheets), and the MOQ for custom products is 100 kg.
Q3: Are installation instructions provided?
A3 English installation manual and video are available, and we can arrange for online engineer guidance.

Q4: I need to bend a ceramic sheet and attach it to a curved cone. Is this possible?
A4: Flexible ceramic sheets (3 mm thick, 92% Al₂O₃, with a fiber mesh backing) are available. They can be rolled into a Φ300 mm cylinder. For smaller curves, the sheet can be cut into 5 mm wide strips and assembled on-site, with a gap of ≤0.3 mm.

Q5: What are the conditions for free samples?
A5: In-stock samples (ceramic discs 10×10×6 mm, ceramic rings 50×30×10 mm, and welded ceramics 20×20 mm) are all free, freight collect. Custom samples incur a $50-100 cost charge, refundable upon order placement. Samples will be shipped within 48 hours. Simply provide your FedEx/UPS/DHL account number.
